You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 365pak is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user, including delayed withdrawals or failed KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365pak login credentials. You must notify 365pak support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 365pak shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
365pak is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer verification. You agree to provide documents including, but not limited to, a copy of your valid CNIC, a recent selfie, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 365pak may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
All financial transactions on 365pak are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 365pak supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.

We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and are obligated to report as required by our international gaming licence. All users must ensure that deposited funds originate from legitimate sources.

When a 365pak account holds both real money PKR balance and bonus funds simultaneously, real money balance is used for wagering first by default, unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms. Winnings generated from bonus fund wagers are added to the bonus balance until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, at which point the remaining balance becomes fully withdrawable.
Bonus Abuse: 365pak actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent. 365pak reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected, and to permanently close accounts engaged in systematic bonus exploitation.
All games offered through the 365pak platform — including slot machines, live dealer table games, RNG table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific game rules displayed within the platform interface. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the individual game-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms on a financial matter, these Terms prevail.
All random number generator (RNG) outcomes powering 365pak slot games and virtual table games are produced by independently audited and certified RNG software. The published RTP (return to player) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-run return and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
Sports betting markets at 365pak — including PSL, ICC international cricket, Test matches, and other events — are governed by 365pak's Sports Betting Rules document, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. 365pak reserves the right to void or suspend markets in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, or events that render a market result unclear or unverifiable at the time of settlement.
In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, 365pak will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where complete reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded to the user's PKR balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays — no winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period are payable.
The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365pak platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 365pak content without express prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of 365pak intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365pak's aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with these Terms, a user's account, or the Gaming Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to 365pak in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
365pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 365pak platform, including gambling losses, loss of profits, data loss, or any other commercial losses, even if 365pak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
365pak does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and events outside 365pak's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. 365pak shall not be liable for losses attributable to such unavailability.
Gambling Losses: 365pak's liability does not extend to gambling losses incurred through legitimate game outcomes. All gaming results are produced by certified RNG systems or live dealer processes and are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process in Section 13.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 365pak is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 365pak Privacy Policy in its entirety.
365pak collects personal data including your name, mobile number, date of birth, CNIC number, payment method information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, responsible gaming enforcement, and improvement of the platform.
365pak will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with our gaming licence regulatory authority, payment processors, identity verification service providers, and law enforcement agencies where legally required. In the event of any dispute between you and 365pak regarding your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms, the following procedure applies:
Pending resolution of any dispute, you agree to continue complying with all other provisions of these Terms. 365pak may freeze account withdrawals during active investigations, provided reasonable grounds for the investigation exist.
365pak reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the 365pak website, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory obligation or urgent legal circumstances.
The current version of these Terms is indicated by the version number and effective date displayed in the hero section of this page. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms for updates. Continued use of 365pak after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Either party may terminate the user's 365pak account and the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time, subject to the following conditions:
You may close your 365pak account at any time by contacting support. Upon receiving a closure request, 365pak will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal of your real money PKR balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) within the standard processing timeframe. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure unless the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied prior to the closure request.
365pak may suspend or permanently close any user account without prior notice if: (a) the user has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 365pak is required to do so by its licensing regulator or by law enforcement order; (c) the user's continued access presents a material risk to the integrity, security, or financial stability of the platform; or (d) 365pak reasonably suspects the account is involved in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity. In such cases, real money balances will be held pending investigation and returned or forfeited in accordance with regulatory guidance.
